Top fresh Florida
berries with a dollop of low-fat yogurt and dust with a little cinnamon.
Stir-fry thin
slices of Florida zucchini and yellow squash for one minute in a
teaspoon of oil. When done sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Pierce a baking
or Florida sweet potato with a fork in several places; wrap in plastic
and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve the potato with
your favorite low-fat toppings. For the sweet potato, serve with
a dash of salt, pepper and cinnamon.
